Refund & Cancellation Policy

DharaSetu offers a free tier (5 IPC → BNS lookups, a case brief, up to 3 tracked cases, plus unlimited guides — no payment required) and one paid subscription: Pro (₹299/month or ₹2,699/year).

Subscriptions

Pro is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because a subscription unlocks digital features immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, were double-billed, or could not access paid features due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days at support@dharasetu.com and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account settings, or email support@dharasetu.com with your registered details and we will process the cancellation. Refunds, where approved, are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
