Refund & Cancellation Policy

DharaSetu offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (₹99/month or ₹999/year). All core converters, lookups, and guides are free and require no payment.
Subscriptions
The Pro subscription is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because Pro unlocks digital features immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, were double-billed, or could not access Pro features due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days at support@dharasetu.com and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
How to cancel
Cancel from your account settings, or email support@dharasetu.com with your registered details and we will process the cancellation. Refunds, where approved, are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
